The moment we receive your inquiry about a photo session together we will reach out in a few ways to make sure we connect as soon as possible.  We will give you a call first and if we miss you we will leave a happy message followed by and email and text to say hello!

Every portrait session is customized to your needs.  We will listen to your ideas and timeframe for your needs and discuss many amazing ideas together.  We will explore location, wardrobe and overall look of your photoshoot.  Once your session is booked together we will send you inspirational ideas and tips to consider while you begin to prepare for your shoot.

Prior to your photoshoot we prefer to plan a design meeting together to explore the final details of your photoshoot.  We are happy to meet at your home (Which gives a sense of your style and aesthetic.) business location or virtual. 

During our design meeting we will explore your outfits and look over inspirational images that portray styles you are interested in.  From lighting and posing to overall editing of the final images.

After which we will explore the lovely options of our image and product catalog to get an idea of how you would like to use and or display the final images following your portrait photoshoot

We will start your day off with hair & makeup styling with our beauty team. Whether we are going all out for a glammed up look or a simple clean and natural look. (For the guys we love to offer this also as we want to ensure we de-shine and even out any skin tone prior to stepping in front of the camera.)

Now that you are camera ready!  We will have you change into your first look. Along the way we are here to help pose and guide you through your portrait experience so you never feel lost.  We will use various lighting methods to achieve the overall look and feel we designed for you.  There is no rush to end our shoot as we always plan the proper time for you (or team).

Even if it is your first professional photography session, our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, beautiful (or handsome!), confident, and empowered.

The ordering meeting is the exciting part!

Your ordering appointment based on your photoshoot can be scheduled same day or at a later date.  This appointment is designed for you to view the images created during your photoshoot where you are able to select the images to purchase and how you would like them displayed.

From albums, matted prints, wall art and more our goal is to showcase your stunning images in a timeless way to adore for a lifetime and beyond.  Yes we do offer digital images as many business, branding and headshot clients specifically need digital.  We got you covered!

Retouching:

Every image ordered is carefully retouched according to our standards and your requests.  We prefer not to be too heavy handed on editing.  During our ordering session you can share with us about any details you may want adjusted or edited.  It’s important to note, that we are not here to change you into someone you're not. We are passionate about creating stunning images that celebrate your individuality and one-of-a-kind beauty.

Depending on the order you placed some items may be ready at different times.  For that reason we prefer to deliver all ordered products at the same time unless otherwise requested.

Digital images are delivered via online gallery for you to download and use as desired. These images will be professionally retouched and can be ordered in color or black and white.

Wall Art will be delivered to all local clients and professionally hung in your home or office at no extra charge.  Our standards for our clients are the highest and from first contact to product delivery we want your happiness and experience to be worthy of having you in front of our cameras again soon!
